I have been given until the 10th January 2016 to install new electric radiators in a flat I own
Otherwise i will have to pay Thanet Council a £365 fine for them to turn up to Say, I have to install new radiators and inspect the property
I find the time scale rather short.....and it is going to cost  me £1000....for them
The government have now stopped the green deal....typical      !!!!!!!!!
They are now being installed...slowly
Could I have some formal written advice to Say, they are now being installed please..... to send to Thanet Council

My good friend and one of the most generous landlords I know, 'Fil' is now installing electric heaters into the flat he rents out at much expense AND over the festive period.  He may be slow and steady but he'll get there in the end, I promise.

Please delay going to see his property by at least one calendar month.

Your understanding on this matter is greatly appreciated.
