 I have three flats and am concerned that I might have a liability towards a tenant should they have an accident. The buildings are covered by the maintenance organisations and I am not interested in content or any other cover. Does anybody know of an insurance policy that will cover this one thing?

If you have landlords insurance you will most likely have this cover already included.

Perhaps this is obvious but insurance does not cover 'liability' as the name suggests merely provides:
1. Financial coverage of Legal fee
2. Financial coverage of damages

If you negligently injure or cause to be injured someone to which the court decideshave a duty of care to then  you may still be liable (potentially even criminally).
