I am going to let for the first time a property organising everything by myself. Could the experienced landlords give me advice on good and professional inventory/check-in/check-out companies please for the London, South East London areas? The agency used one last year that missed a ton of stuff in the check out, allowed a bully tenant to threaten them and then it took us about 30 calls to get through the 'comapny' that basically was a person and their mobile with way too much work to be able to correctly attend all matters.
