Can anyone tell me how do I go about evicting my tenant who pays weekly and has recently gone onto a Periodic
Tenancy as a natural follow on from an AST. I have just found out from his other sharers in the house that he has 'installed' his girl friend and her 18mths old daughter in his single occupancy room. The other tenants are being terribly disturbed as the child never stops crying and also the heating is full on all day and night when the other tenants are out at work. What method do I need to get the mother/child and if needs be the offending tenant evicted....Thanks

Section 21 needs to be issued I'd have thought.

Tell your new arrivals that one of the other tenants is a paedophile that prays on little girls and you are worried for her safety. As crazy as it sounds it works. I have used this method. My tenant was gone within a week.
I often have people ringing me looking for a room in a house share asking if i accept kids. I just offer some friendly advise that none of the other tenants have had a criminal background check and tell then to find a flat.
