Was reading the post on using Upad and spotted the reply from OpenRent. Definitely don't want to use an agent as apart from not doing much for their fees, some are charging up to £300 to tenants for referencing and admin! OpenRent are a recently set up outfit doing pretty much the same job as Upad (I have used Visum in the past) but only charge £20 for getting the ad on Rightmove Seems too good to be true but as it is early days they are probably keeping prices down till they get more established. Tenants pay £20 for referencing should the landlord want it OpenRent don't charge for handling the deposit and passing it on to the DPS - my agent charged £50 for that!  Has anyone used OpenRent or any other feedback?
