hi guys our tenant is facing eviction for arrears we have issued all the correct paperwork and wrote to the guarantor on five separate occasions

Now after going to small claims court to get judgement the guarantor has filed a defence saying they never signed the tenancy as a guarantor.

they haven't contacted once over the five separate occasions we have wrote to them not at the section 21 .. advice please
