Hello, This is my first post here, Hope I am posting in the correct Category. I am currently renting a few apartments and I always had problems with late rent so I thought I'd build me a simple online tool to automatically send rent reminders to tenants. Would you be interested in something like that ? Do you think It will help decrease late rents ?

How will it know it needs to send a reminder? What's the automatic part? Will it check accounts to see if funds have left or arrived? Or are you talking about a pre-chaser? That would be intrusive. Sounds un-useful.

Hello, I can tell you from my own experience that I find a prechaser to be very annoying. American Express credit cards hound me for about 2 weeks before the bill is due (which I pay in full each month) and they even take out the minimum payment  direct deposit a full 7 days before the bill is due!!!  This is just the first thing that came to mind when I read your post. I am not sure if this would be helpful with your tenants that are late.

I like that phrase "prechaser"... kudos to you for inventing it.
