my property just been raided by police they have found 2 rooms set up for growing cannabis plants
the tennents have all been arrested
how do i stand
can i change the locks
2 months left on the shorthold agreement
advise me please

Chances are the police will want to keep the house off limits to search further. They will also probably question you as a routine part of the investigation. It has been known (but not by me personally) for tenants to say it was the landlord who was growing the drugs and they were given free/cheap accommodation not to go in the rooms or ask questions. The police are wise to this but still must follow the investigation. If you haven't contacted the police do so first thing tomorrow and arrange professional legal advice.
