Rent guarantee insurance. As a landlord how do I get quotes for this, to compare with the deal that agents are offering me. Can't see their t&C's for the RGI as it is arranged through them - I'm not party to the agreement. If you can recommend any decent insurers who may offer RGI, would be appreciated.

You can just Google and find brokers who offer this.I did pay through the nose years ago to an agent who arranged such insurance.However,the one time I had to claim,there were so may exclusions and conditions that I received very little.I cancelled them,and have never bothered again.With most insurance,you never know if you are insured until you come to make a claim.I would put the money aside and build up a disaster fund.
