I have a very nice flat to rent at the top of the price-range for a two bed in zone one.

I used Open Rent last year and had a lot of enquiries for lower rents but few genuine ones for a premium flat that is a bit unusual (in a good way!).

If anyone has a similar experience, would you recommend another agent or a particular strategy in advertising it?
