Hi  - back in early January I issued my tenants with a 6a form, for repossession of my house at the end of March 2020, which is when the contract expires. They haven't found anywhere to live yet, so I was wondering if it's possible to issue another 6a form for one extra month, until the end of April 2020. Or does the new date have to be at least two months after the first one, i.e. the end of May. Thanks for any advice, and relevant weblinks you can provide.

Coronavirus Act says you have to give 3 months and you can't do anything until the pandemic is lifted regarding action. You can send the form. That's it. Check for yourself so you know what you can do.
