Does anyone have experience in using a repair insurance package such as the one offered by a company called YourRepair?

I want a fully managed service for an apartment ie I need someone to make sure the rent is paid and to oversee repairs.

However using OpenRent's rent collecting service (free after using their tenant find) and an landlord insurance package such as that offered by YourRepair comes in at 26 pounds a month which includes the cost of most repairs. Much cheaper than any managed package offered by a lettings agency including on-line. But methanks I must be missing something..... .

Have you looked into Landlords Insurance as all work is insured and guaranteed
