hi everyone,
i am in need of some help. iam about to issue a N5B form for possession but the tenant has left with the keys and has not told me, she has not paid rent for 4 months and i am trying to get possession back. i thought the form for the bailiffs was easy and £110 but as i am reading it, it is asking for warrant details then it is saying (A) balance due at date of this request then (B) amount of which warrant to issue then issue fee and land registry fee can anyone tell me what it is all about and how i would fill this in as i just thought £110 and thats it but it doesn't look like it here. thank you everyone.
