Hi

There are a number of RGI companies out there but what i wanted to know who actually pays out without a fuss and without trying to get out of it.
I see from another post that UPAD were mentioned, as were Homelet, rentguard, total landlord etc.

Who is competitive but will pay out of the tenats have passed their referencing.
i had a friend who had a Simple Landlords insurance RGI which refused to apyout when his tenants refused to pay rent so i don't want someone like this.

Their last resort is to pay out.  I don't bother personally.
