House is let via a letting company.
I wish to sell the property and had the letting agent issue a statement of 6 months notice, which ran to end of December.

They didn't vacate, 2 daqys before the date (while letting office closed) they advise not ready to leave and requested extension to start of March.  Letting agent advised no option but to go along with it.

At start of April, I requested the Letting Agent to get a date when they will vacate. They advised that Tennant has no date, maybe June or July, they will give me 6 weeks notice.

I wanted to put the house up for sale in May .... And I'm now just treading water.

Having followed the legal process (6 months notice) what are my options ?
