I have never used this service before, but I've tried for my first time this morning and I will update this thread with how it goes.

The Tenant referencing costs £20 (per Tenant) whether "speedy" or "comprehensive" is chosen. I chose Comprehensive as it's not me doing the legwork. There's a simple payment mechanism via Stripe (takes your Credit Card details) and a dashboard which tells you when the request was sent to the Tenants and where they are in the process. Expectation of Speedy is 1 day turnaround, Comprehensive is 3 to 5 days.

£20 seemed too good to be true, but I've taken a run at it...

I used it for my tenants and was happy with the results.

If you wait the extra day or two for the comprehensive report they do all the usual checks.
