Do tenants have the right to buy if they have been in longer than 3 years ......

i have only been giving the tenants 6 month TA but one of the two girls have been in the flat for over five years....

No. No Tenant in the Private Rental Sector has the right to buy... yet... could you be thinking of Council properties?
