Hello. I enjoy reading this blog and find it very informative so I hope its not against regulations to post services in the forum! However I figured as I'm not actually trying to sell anything (but be of service) it may be welcomed.

I have an SME which works on behalf of tenants, helping them find private rental accommodation in zones 1 - 3 of London. In simple terms how we work is that our clients (i.e. your potential tenants) inform us of their criteria, we match them with suitable properties and begin arranging appointments on their behalf to view the accommodation. When the tenant finds a property they would like to rent we then play no further role.

For this service we charge our clients a small fee (much smaller than a standard lettings agents would) therefore there is no cost to the landlord.

We are continuing to build up our contacts of landlords and properties so when your property becomes vacant you simply inform us and we can begin making appointments.
