I am considering rent guarantee / insurance and would appreciate a recommendation/s as I can't help but think this will be another case of 'The big print giveth, and the small print taketh away!'

I used a company called Homelet. They were good, but charge an excessive fee when claiming! Whoever you use, pay close attention to the excessive fee! It's like Motor Insurance!
