New poster here, thought I'd see if I could tap into some collective wisdom 

I'm looking at replacing boilers in a few flats over the next 6-12 months and I'm obviously keen to use the extra work to get a bit of a discount. I've seen that there are now these specialist landlord teams, but I was just wondering if anyone has used one before? And if you have, was it a positive experience or should I just stick with a trusted local installer? They have names like "landlords team" and "Landlord Boiler Installation Services", but I do wonder whether it's just the same staff answering the same phones.

I have always stuck to a trusted and local installer, much easier that way. If you initiate a conversation with them with regards to a discount, you may well get one.
