I'd like to know if an accountants fee is deductable from my tax bill, im told it is.

Ask an accountant.  But yes they are. A paid for one though rather than billing hours you've done yourself.

Thank you, I think that's the route to go then, save me the haste.

Cos I go to work and rent a property it all looked a bit confusing on the Gov.uk site.

Tax must be due now I let a property for a year.
