I don't have an HMO,though I have lived in some back in the day. Radio 4's "You and Yours" today,12.15,had a feature on new demands and possible penalties for the unfortunate landlords of such properties.The programme should have come with a health warning,I thought my head would explode.One of the penpushers calling for these measures totally refused to give an answer when the interviewer pressed him to say how exactly the ludicrous rules could be obeyed.It should be available on iplayer by now.Enjoy!
