Please could anyone recommend a Eviction specialist in Bolton/North West that they have used before.

Rough costs for section 8 would be good if possible.

Ideally would be good if they offer a free consultation before hand.

Have you contemplated bribing / paying the tenant to leave?

I have offered him several times, stating that if he leaves of his own accord I would waive any rents owed.  He agrees, gives a date when he will leave by, obviously still doesnt pay any rent.  When that date comes he makes another excuse and gives another future date.  Rinse and repeat since last October.

If I offered to waive rents and also paid him more on top, he will take the offer and still not move out or  take the money and break back in a week later   It doesnt seem to register with him.

Well, you tried, I can't help with your other queries sorry, is there a reason you can't use section 21? Theres a good recent thread on LLZ about timescales and cost for someone who has just got possession.
