Hi,

The estate agency that I used to let is holding the deposit and doesn't want to return it neither to me or the tenants.

What can I do??

He moved out of his location so I cannot ind him.

Is the estate agency a member of the ARLA or NAEA?  Is it a limited company or a partnership?
