Just purchased a flat as my first buy btl. All the window opening don't conform to the 450mm requirements. A friend who is a window and lock repairer says he can get new hindges  to remedy this. I know its all habitable rooms but do all the openers on all the windows need to conform or can I just have 1 opener as a fire escape window in each room? Thanks brian
