Hi, does anyone know who i can contact to chase a tenant for loss of rent. he is telling me he  will be moving out 6 months into a 12 month agreement. i have said he must honour the agreement. or if not maintain the rent until i find a new tenant and he must pay the new finders fee

He has the ability to pay as he is a very well paid professional footballer and i obviously know where he can be contacted (his place of work or at training if i had to chase him).

i need someone to help enforce the debt if he doesn't see sense before moving out, or give some direction on how how start to enforce things now possibly a solicitor or debt collector before he goes to maybe "wake him up!"
