Hi all can you help.. .

I've found the checkout  checklist on here  but was looking for one that focuses more on the cleaning side of things,
Something I can print off  With a tick list for the tenants to help them make sure all has been done before leaving.



Has anyone got something they can share 

I say that allowing for general wear and tear,the property should be as they found it when moving in.I make a point of mentioning the oven,inside cupboards,windows,and removal of all personal items including food,and  cleaning inside the fridge and washing machine.If there is a garden then grass cutting,pruning etc.depending on the time of year.

If specified in the AST window cleaning in and out may also be a factor.
