Nice tenant,pays his rent,very quiet,lived there several years.But a little helpless.Once phoned on a Sunday early a.m.asking me to urgently speak to another resident (no connection to me) who had put something in his dustbin.

Last week emailed to say the gasket seal on his fridge was broken,feared his food would spoil.We went online trying to find spare parts as it is newish,no luck.Luckily had not yet got around to buying a new fridge because he emailed back a few days later.He had "noticed" a bag of veg was jutting out.He moved it and hey presto! He said he had panicked when faced with a door that did not close.

He is highly educated and works as a design engineer for JLR.If you hear some models have been recalled due to a design error,found to be caused by a potato wedged in the doors,making them fly open,you know who to blame.

Have you had any tenants who are a little needy?
