Hi,

I have a tenant who has breached her contract, on more than one occasion, i.e pet, late rent payments also using my house for a  business address (trading and registered).

She is now up to 10 day late with her rent.

See is a nightmare.

Help

if you are doubtful about rent being received give notice. and yes its two months.

you must give it before the next due date of rent

if any tenant misses a payment i give notice! harsh but necessary due to the pathetic law that protects tenants and allows them to take the p**s for eight or more weeks.

point out in a letter that as she has a pet and if it causes damage it is highly unlikely she will get her deposit back in full.
