I just found out that My signature has been forged on a tenancy agreement and a tenant has moved in following break-in to property!

I hav'nt obtained a copy of the tenancy agreement as told "data protected"

I'm worried that they could be signing other documents with my name.

Where did they get my signature from, my ex-letting agent was evicted by Trading Standards they had copies of my passport, doc's and signed management agreement.

How do I get the tenant out? Do I have to go through eviction again?

Thanks for advising.

Police told me basically to get lost. They said that the tenant may be legit, fat chance. I must go to property and find out who is in there. 3 visits later no-one is answering the door.

Two private limited companies have registered their companies at the address but can't find contact details for them, no email add, no website or telephone nbr.

In picking up scraps of info that these two don't have the tenancy agreement!

If the person(s) made out a tenancy agreement they could have written a deposit amount which was not deposited. There is no gas report as the property was unoccupied. Its a nightmare.

I had just evicted the last bad tenants that never paid rent but there I had signed the agreement via a letting agent who were expelled by Trading Standards. Maybe they have my perso details still using.

Now can I use the bailiffs eviction order again, it was nominative but gave all other persons in property?

Can these persons take me to court.

Thank you.

The people in the property are either squatters or they've been duped by a third party who pretended to be the property owner. Who is holding this spurious agreement and refusing to let you see it?

Hi Simon,

Thanks for reply, The Energy provider and the Council are holding these documents saying that it is "Data Protected". Still not convinced that there are any innocent parties in there.
