Hello. We have a signed tenancy agreement for 12 months which has just matured.  I am unsure whether we need to draw up a fresh tenancy agreement for the next year (the tenants will be staying on for the foreseeable future) and also whether we have to do anything regarding the existing deposit which we hold with the Deposit Protection Scheme, eg. "refresh" it?  Could you please advise? thank you in advance

It can transition to SPT without doing anything.

Hello, thank you very much for taking the time to reply.  Sorry but what does SPT mean please?  is this a periodic tenancy?  And, if I understand correctly, all existing terms and conditions contained in the existing AST would continue going forward without me doing anything in terms of new docs?  Thanks again for your help, it is most appreciated
