Hi guys, I;m new here so I woundered if you would be kind enough to tear apart my AST template.
It's by no means finished but I wanted other people to scrutinise it vigorously, in the hope that I will find something that I have overlooked.

The idea of this template was to condense large amounts of text from the model agreement into 2 pages.
The problem is that AST agreements often take up far to much paper, and this is an attempt to keep the paper usage to a minumum.
I intened to issue this document on 2 sides of A4 and provide the gas certificate and EPC on another sheet.
This makes up 2-3 sheets of paper.

I'm sure there will be something I'm missing, but please let me know, Steve

a) paper usage for your AST agreement is not going to save the world... unless you have 1 million properties and are intending on printing it out 2 million times?

b) there is nothing to review in your post.

Thanks for your reply, I was refereing to the attached document which is a template of my tenancy agreement.

Hippogriff

You know there is nothing attached, right?

steve1000

Perhaps you didn't notice the attachment?

ASTTopy.docx (43.79 kB - downloaded 1 times.)

Hippogriff

That's true, as it's not there / not attached?

Check my first post, it's there. I checked it 2 times already. It downloads for me without problems.
Check underneath my last line in my first post.
click on the part which says ASTTopy.docx

I'm sure there will be something I'm missing, but please let me know, Steve

As I said in December, there's nothing there.

That's weird, it appears it only shows up for me if I;m logged in. I would have thought you would have known about that since you are a moderator.

Regardless, how can I actually attach a file?

Try this instead.

I did tell you it wasn't there, repeatedly... so I did know about it. You just didn't believe it.

You didnt explain it. you said it wasn't there. However, you did not make me aware that it was ONLY there because I uploaded it and I COULD ONLY see it when I was logged in.
