Hello,

The agent who found my tenant took care of the deposit and placed it in a government scheme but i have  no paperwork'
The agent also carried out an inventry of the property.

If i decide to change to a periodic tenancy what do i do as regards the deposit?

Nothing dear.

It just stays where it is, happy and content.

You need to inform the scheme it's gone periodic.
