Two family flat under contract, waiting for Inspection by buyers Inspection company. Tenants not happy cause lease is ending and they have to move. I need acess to their apartment for Inspection. They changed the lock months ago and I don't have a key AND Tenants won't allow access unless they are home. What are my rights....what do I do ?
