You can expect a shit free pot smell smoke free home when you terminate the tenancy, until then, provided they are not causing a nuisance, its there home not yours, and you cant be micro managing your tenants lives for them now can you? 

well didn't have to do anything about the pot smell had a friend of mine over for coffee he is a state troper and he works the k9 unit so the dog picked up the smell on a tenant walking out and that gave the cop time to speak to him
