hey there
i'm new here. wanted some advice on recovering debt. ive got a judgement for a substantial amount of rental arrears on 2 tenats. i'd like to know whether anyone has used a debt company to get the money back and if so what companies did you use? would you receommend them?

second question is has anyone used a debt recovery company to find tenants new address? if so what companies did you use and would you recommend them?

On this angle, I have only heard good things about findermonkey - https://findermonkey.co.uk/ - doesn't mean others don't do just as good a job, or better... or worse.
