Hi

I recently moved out of my home which I shared/rented the remaining bedrooms out to five other ladies and they still live there. The house is an h m but does not require a 5 year licence because it is on two floors but I do have all the appropriate fire safety equipment installed ie smokes and heat alarms.

One of the tenants who has been in my house for 15 months has been a nitemare lately and I have given her four weeks notice to leave on the grounds that I require the room for myself, this tenants  contact ran out over a year ago and I most probably will have to serve a periodic section 21 on her as she is refusing to co operate and leave.

The question is I have found my self homeless and need her room, is there any quick way of getting her out? or if another tenant was to move out and I moved back in how quickly could I get rid of this tenant as I really do not want her in my house as she is a trouble maker and thinks its her house.
