My tenant had moved out leaving a large number of possessions behind, many of them large or broken.  I've informed her that she has 14 days to remove them, etc. as 14 days is what's started in her agreement. I'm thinking that this should have been 21 days.  I've read that I should send her a formal notice in accordance with s12, law of Torts. I wondered if anyone knows where there is a draft copy of this or can offer me any further advice on the right procedure to follow as I've never found myself in this situation before. Thanks!
