Have had "the tenant from hell" finally got bailiffs to evict him.  Has left flea infested furniture, rubbish etc.  Environmental Health had issued him orders to clean up which he ignored.

Now he is out fumigators have been in twice (place was jumping to quote them).  He owes £1k+ rent.  Refuses to give forwarding address was (my first and last) DSS tenant so no chance of getting money and is generally being abusive.

Do I have to keep his stuff for 6 months as law seems to state or can I dispose of it on health grounds as it is so contaminated?

Thanks
