Property we let is in joint ownership (3 owners). When creating Tenancy agreement, do we (all owners) have to sign Tenancy Agreement?

I think I would nominate one of you to be Landlord... then the Landlord signs the AST. Or do all three of you want to be the / a Landlord?

No, not all 3 wants to be the Landlord. It would be a lot easier if one can sign. Would this TA be valid if just 1 Landlords signs. Thanks  for reply.

But draft a letter signed by all three, to the one who is signing saying " We trust you to work in our best interests"
