If you manage your own portfolio of whatever size, do you manage to get away for a holiday?
What happens if you have to get away- relatives ill etc etc and are largely unavailable?
What happens if you are very ill?

Just some thoughts.....

It's not a hard job.

It's not passive income, but it's close. Landlords are lazy.

I don't tell tenants I'm going away any more.  They phone my mobile, I answer, phone plumber if necessary.
