I have a studio to let and was wondering if anyone has experience (tips, good, bad) in letting properties to contractor firms which have works in particular areas and want places for their staff to stay? I'm thinking of the likes of http://www.wedotherest.com .

If you don't have experience, can you recommend websites to look for aiming to get into this niche?
