Hi,
I have a query regarding point 2 on the form. 'You are required to leave the below address after'....... ?
Its probably me, but the note at the bottom of the form isn't particularly helpful.
Btw I would like the tenants to leave on the 15th May, and they are currently have a periodic tenancy.

If the periodic tenancy is statutory after a fixed term or monthly contractual without contractual clause to specify otherwise, then the minimum notice is at least two months from service of the notice so specify a date on or after whenever that is.
