We run a company that helps landlords to rent out their property. I was wondering where are the best places to advertise to landlords please?

The service we provide is as follows:

We rent out houses and HMO's on a long term guaranteed rent basis. We guarantee rent payment for up to 5 years which is paid directly into the landlords bank account each month.

We guarantee to pay all the bills on the property and all the repair bills that may occur during the Guaranteed Rental Periods – including replacement of the boiler if it should break down.

All suggestions will be greatly appreciated

I'm guessing you're trying to rehome homeless people or people in recovery of some description?

This would be a good place. Or Google Ads on Zoopla or Homebuyer. Canvas the Mortgage brokers who do buy to let mortages, and schmooze them with mouse mats and mugs with you web address on.

Or any other method outlined in a GCSE in Marketing??
