Hi Experts,

I am looking for a firm who is good in evicting bad tenants. My tenant has failed to pay the rent fully for the last few months and haven't paid anything this month as well. He changed his mobile number and doesn't respond to emails or letters sent via recorded delivery, asking him to get in touch with me to "discuss" the matters.

I went to the flat last weekend, even though he answered the buzzer, he didn't open the door as he recognized my voice. I am fed up of this one and need to kick him out.

I am looking for a good firm who deals with evictions services professionally (not the odd solicitors). Can anyone refer a firm they have used in the past or heard about?

Even after reading about many landlords going down the route of evicting tenants, no one wants to help me out with a recommendation of a good firm who specializes in evicting tenants?

Burnetts solicitors. Ask for Rob Winder. He is a specialist in tenency problems. They also have a set fee for the whole process.
