Hi all
Trying to draft an AST correctly - This clause, does it refer to adults only or all people?  There are 2 children, parents and a nanny, so do I say 3 or 5? obviously don't want 5 adults, also don't want to preclude the children.

Clause B2.3 allows the landlord to specify the maximum number of people

Many thanks if you can help!

If you're talking about the model tenancy from the .gov.uk website, then clause B2.3 refers to the number of natural persons, so five in this instance.  If I were in your situation, I would say "up to three adults with up to two dependent children."
