Hi

My tenant has vacated the property and her friend apparently had an agreement with her to leave stuff there. I have told her she can collect her property if she sends and inventory to my solicitor, she hasnt done this. I have also told the tenant she can collect the friends property, this was done through my solicitor at a certain time that she agreed to, she didnt turn up. Some of the stuff was food so I have disposed of it, as it had perished. The rest of the fireiends stuff is there. oday I recieved a small claim court claim from the friend for the her property for £700 no way is it worth that. Can this really happen, she has no and never has had permission to keep stuff at my property!!! It has taken me a week to clear up after the tenanat and loads of damage. Surely I cant be held responsible for friends stuff left without my permission can I
