I like property

just looking weather to go with a fully managed or Rent collection service with my letting agent, the only real difference I can see between there two packages that would make a difference to me is they inventory they offer, do you guys go with the agent or do you do these yourself if so hows best to do it?

Attention-to-detail doesn't appear to be your own personal strong point - not being rude, just citing facts arising from all I have to go on - so I would urge you to consider having it done for you. Having a chimpanzee Letting Agent do it for you has to be better if you aren't pretty confident that you could do it right. If you had written a well-formed, fully coherent question in your thread then I would possibly suggest you take a run at it... because it's not overly hard, but it does need to be quite correct, you see? That said... if the property is furnished and the Letting Agent is charging the same regardless then it could be a good thing to have them doing it... an Inventory and Schedule of Condition for a furnished property is a ball-ache.
