Going through legal procedure to evict tenant refusing to leave, tenants contract ended 20 july, agents contract with me is fully managed let,
I will have bills from court for possession order and eviction,can I take these monies from tenants bond,what other obligations does agent have?,
I am 78year old,and homeless,need to get my flat back.    HELP PLEASE!.
