I am currently drafting an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (bought from this website) for a new tenant, however, the only address they can give me is from the property they were renting before this one. When completing item (2) under the sub-heading 'THIS AGREEMENT', is using this old address correct? If not, what address should be used?

Maybe ask for a relations address as an alternative. Most deposit protection schemes will also need another address.
